Sulphurafane can be found in all crucifurous vegetables such as kale, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, ect. It is a compound formed when the plant is chopped. This compound is so important because it can play a role in gene expression. It is the most important naturally occurring compound that activates the NRF2 pathway.
