What is Holistic Nutrition?
The goal of the Holistic Nutritionist is to educate their clients about holistic nutrition and empower them to apply this knowledge to their everyday lives. They teach clients about the benefits of herbs, essential oils, dietary supplements, and healthy nutrition, but they do not prescribe anything.
What will my free consultation be like?
Generally, the initial free consultation will take about an hour, but depending on the client and the time they have it can take up to two hours. During that time you will be asked to complete a Value Assessment Questionnaire, as well as a Nutritional Assessment form and answer a series of questions regarding your current diet and eating habits. At this time we will also discuss your goals and what you are hoping to achieve with your personalized program. The client will be given some general information that may help them get started towards their health goals, and their is no pressure to commit to any further consultations.
I am an authentic life enthusiast! I believe in using natural, holistic techniques to create a personalized thriving lifestyle. My philosophy to health and wellness is centered on simplicity, authenticity and wholeness and I believe in collaborating with clients to find solutions that fit their lifestyle and values.
I am a certified Registered Health Coach and a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner. I work with clients to create intentional wellness habits and teach them about how nutrition can help them reach their personal goals. Each program is designed specifically for the goals and lifestyle of the individual. I apply a wide range of techniques from: core value setting, dietary changes, herbal remedies, mindfulness practices and various other healing modalities to create a unique plan for each client.
The service I provide is that of a overall wellness coach, and is not limited to nutritional advice and planning because that is just a piece of the puzzle. Nutritional program creation is a service I can provide, but my focus is more on educating my clients and helping them find habits and strategies for healthy living in their lives.
